Alongside platform updates, we also want to highlight a few important process clarifications to help users navigate InCheck and ClearStream correctly:
InCheck Solution Providers Update
All ZDHC Performance InCheck Solution Providers have now been onboarded to the relaunched ZDHC Gateway. While some providers are still completing final adjustments to their integrations, the first reports are already being successfully submitted to the ZDHC Gateway.
To support suppliers whose Performance InCheck reports could not be submitted in recent weeks, the reporting window has been temporarily extended from 45 to 90 days after the end of each reporting month. This means that suppliers still have the opportunity to submit inventories for June.
When working with more than one Performance InCheck Solution Provider, reports may be fetched from multiple Solution Providers into your ZDHC Gateway account. However, the supplier can publish only one Performance InCheck Report per month, and a choice must be made about which report to publish.
We will continue working closely with Performance InCheck Solution Providers over the coming weeks and months to further strengthen their connection with the ZDHC Gateway and support a reliable reporting process.
ClearStream Process
The ZDHC ClearStream process is designed to create a clear chain of accountability for wastewater testing and reporting.
Previously, the ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratory started the ClearStream process in the ZDHC Gateway. In the current process, the supplier initiates the ClearStream cycle and selects the ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratory they will work with. Once selected, the laboratory receives the request in the ZDHC Gateway, approves it, and proceeds with the relevant testing and reporting activities.
Wastewater Cycle Submission Extension
As the new ZDHC Wastewater and Sludge Guidelines version is coming, we want to give ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories sufficient time to complete the current reporting cycle. The start date for data uploads under the new ZDHC Wastewater and Sludge Guidelines V2 will be moved from 1 November to 1 December 2026.
The following dates should be considered for this transition:
This additional month will allow laboratories to finalise and upload all data under the current guidelines version before the transition. All data relating to the current Wastewater and Sludge Guidelines must be uploaded by 30 November 2026. From 1 December 2026, data can no longer be submitted under the current version, as the ZDHC Gateway can only support one Wastewater and Sludge Guidelines version at a time.
Laboratories normally have 45 days to submit data after the reporting period ends. For this transition, however, the 45-day submission window cannot extend beyond 30 November 2026. We therefore strongly encourage laboratories to complete their reporting activities and data uploads as early as possible.
Please also make sure that your supplier has the required reporting subscriptions active on time. If payment is made by bank transfer, additional processing time is required for the payment to be received and for the subscription to become active.
The updated date does not change the overall implementation timeline of the new ZDHC Wastewater and Sludge Guidelines. It shortens the first reporting cycle under the new version by one month, while providing additional time to complete the current cycle and prepare for a smooth transition.
