The ZDHC Gateway has been part of our journey since 2016, when we first began building a system to translate the ZDHC MRSL into a practical, usable format. Since then, our implementation platform has grown step by step into a multistakeholder architecture that supports transparency, enables implementation, and helps create a shared understanding of safer chemistry across the value chain. Over the years, the ZDHC Gateway has grown significantly in scale, functionality, and importance. Expectations have changed, and so has the way we all work with data, systems and each other.

We are pleased to share that we will be launching an evolved ZDHC Gateway, one that builds on the strong foundations we have already established. The upgrade is designed to make the platform more intuitive and flexible, and ready to grow with our community as we move towards 2030.

The relaunch of the ZDHC Gateway will go-live in August 2026.

The updated ZDHC Gateway features a refreshed interface and an enhanced user experience, designed to make your everyday interactions simpler, faster, and more intuitive. As the fashion industry’s trusted platform for sustainable chemical management, the new version of the ZDHC Gateway will offer clearer navigation, better visibility across the value chain, and more intuitive engagement tools to connect with your value-chain partners.

To ensure a smooth transition, all existing data will be securely migrated to the new platform. Users will be supported throughout the process through clear and regular communication, onboarding guidance, training opportunities, and dedicated resources to help familiarise themselves with the updated ZDHC Gateway experience ahead of the go-live.

Over the coming months, we will continue to share more information about the relaunch, including key timelines, webinars, and practical guidance to support your transition to the new platform.
